What Is Integrated Attachment Theory?

What makes Integrated Attachment Theory Different To Just Attachment Theory

The original Attachment Theory was developed in 1958.

It is a great base model, however its shortcomings are that it only manages the surface level symptoms by altering behavior. If you have ever tried to shift a long standing habit, even if you know that it's bad for you, you know how difficult it can be. The reason for this is that behaviour is driven by subconscious beliefs. Unless you change the subconscious mind you will keep repeating the same behaviour patterns.
