STYLES OF YOGA
WEEKLY CLASSES
​Patrycja offers three classes on a weekly basis:

Elemental Flow,

Forrest-Inspired Flow, and

Yin/Restorative
​
In addition to these, she has trained in ten yoga styles, including Vinyasa, Forrest (named after Ana Forrest), Hot 26+, Trauma Conscious Yoga, Restorative, Yin, Therapeutic, Air, Authentic Movements, and Elemental Flow—her own style of creative Vinyasa. If you’d like her to teach any of these styles at your event or studio, please get in touch.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

In her classes, you can expect dynamic sequences, relatable themes, and a focus on the breath to guide you into a flow state—a meditation in motion.
POSES

She incorporates prop use, ab work, and challenges like arm balances, handstands, and backbends, progressively making them accessible to practitioners of all levels.

For those who love creative, fluid sequences that build flexibility and strength while also nurturing your creative spirit, Elemental Flow is the perfect choice.

If you enjoy slower-paced classes, try Patrycja's Forrest-Inspired Yoga. This style focuses on building strength and challenging the mind with long holds, fiery ab exercises, and fun poses.​

To restore and wind down try one of the blissful Yin or Restorative Classes.
