Service Description
A class that generally starts with breathing exercises and abs followed by strong, slow flow with an intention on healing. The slow pace of the class makes it accessible to all levels. Expect to feel challenged during class and grounded afterwards. Forrest Yoga was designed by Ana T. Forrest as a journey to healing on all levels. The "Forrest Inspired" certification is awarded to people who have done Ana's Advanced Yoga Teacher Training.
