Most of us don’t realize that we suppress emotions. They lie hidden deep in the subconscious mind and manifest as aches and pains, depression, anxiety, procrastination, anger, fatigue,relationship issues, cancer and a whole slew of mind-body diseases.

An ailment is a call to reconnect with ourselves and nature. 

Nature heals itself through purging the elements. Energy needs to move!  Cleansing fires, rains and winds. In this same way we can use our innate elemental nature to cleanse our bodies, minds and spirits and reconnect with our joy, wellbeing and wholeness.

This weekend is a combination of spiritual psychology, physical movement, elemental ceremonies, emotional release work via journaling and expression.

Patrycja has healed herself from a so-called “incurable” autoimmune disease, chronic pain, eating disorders and PTSD. It is her calling to aid others on their healing journey.
